Refund Policy

SHIPPING

We ship to addresses within the United States.

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Flat-rate shipping of $5 on orders under $50.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update.

We do not currently offer international shipping. For international inquiries, please contact us.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our products are applied directly to the scalp, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been used, sprayed, opened, or had its seal broken.

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be in original, sealed condition.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll send a replacement at no charge.

To initiate a return or report an issue, email us with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Subscribe & Save is available on the Follicle Support Spray and Scalp Recovery Gel. Subscribers receive 10% off every order, delivered automatically every 60 days.

You can adjust your delivery frequency, skip a shipment, or cancel at any time from your account. No commitments, no penalties.
