About the Founders

Salt Prospect is a clinic-first scalp care system designed to support scalp health and help hair look fuller and healthier over time.

Founded by Jonny Dawson and Aaron Saltzman, whose careers have lived at the intersection of art, culture, and commerce - building brands, managing creatives, and launching products where taste and trust matter.

Both went through hair restoration surgery. Aaron came out of his procedure unable to find a topical that genuinely soothed his scalp during recovery. Carefully, with his doctor's input, he created something that worked for him–a formula that eventually became the Scalp Recovery Gel.

Jonny's path was different. After surgery, he followed a familiar routine. Over time, personal considerations, including conversations he and his wife shared about long-term daily use, led him to look for an alternative. He wasn't ready to give up the ritual, just to rethink what it was made of. That became the Follicle Support Spray.
